Payments and refunds

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. The final balance is required to be paid in full prior to pressing your flowers. Forever Pressed provides a bespoke design service and no refund is possible once the service has commenced.

Receiving your flowers

We should receive your flowers at your very earliest convenience. For best results, we get them in the press within 2 after your wedding or as soon as suitably possible. We will accept them up to 5 days after.

Bouquets can be dropped off at my home studio in Aberdeen (AB157TX) or collected form your venue in Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire for an additional cost. This should be pre arranged.

If your flowers arrive in a less than ideal condition we will press the best flowers available. If your flowers arrive in an unworkable condition and we are unable to proceed with the pressing service, you will not be required to pay the final balance. However, the £50 deposit is non refundable.

Correspondence

All correspondence will be via the booking form initially and then by email. We may attempt to call or text if emails are not replied to. We would appreciate timely responses to emails to ensure we can continue your order in an appropriate timescale.

Design consultation

We will confirm final design choices with you such as frame size, design style, frame colour etc before we begin the artwork. We will design a mock up based on these choices which will be sent to you for approval. This should be approved within 5 working days. Every bouquet we receive is different, therefor, every piece of artwork is unique and special it’s own way. No two will ever be the same.

Collection or delivery

Once your order is complete you can collect if from my home studio in Aberdeen (AB157TX) or we can arrange delivery at an additional cost.

Aftercare

Flowers are a natural product and will change over time. The extent to which flowers will change depends on several factors including flower type, original colour, age when pressed and water content. Flowers can change colour and size during pressing, and also after pressing when framed. We do not colour correct or spray our pressed flowers.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the frames are hung/stored in an airy location, away from direct or strong light and out of any moist or damp environments.
